As a product manager, I will identify customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulating what success looks like for a product, and rallying the team to turn that vision into a reality using my networking prowess, command of Agile methodology and years of experience.

I will lead and mentor the team in the principles of Agile methodology by continuously adapting the roadmap to feedback and insights, creating user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, working in sprints, hosting grooming sessions, and taking time for retrospectives and demos.

I have an innate ability to lead cross-functional teams where I have successfully streamlined processes that resulted in quicker time-to-market and potentially increased revenue from clients thus enabling the Agile development team to run more efficiently.
